God is so good! Everything was so amazing today. We can finally we have a girl. Words cannot express how we feel right now so I am just going to keep it short and say THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR PRAYERS!

Kendra and Brian told us about power outages, thank goodness. Today, we were prepared. About 2:00am this morning we woke up to the power being out. Luckily, the room was still cool from the air-conditioning running all night, so we fell back asleep till 4:00am. I guess we are either not over jet lag or our internal clock has already adjusted for parenthood. That being said, we made a nice breakfast of coffee and eggs out on the balcony with our gas grill. We did manage to lock ourselves out on the balcony and had to yell down to a security guard walking by. It didn’t take to long before they let us back into the room. Around 7:00am the generator was turned on and we were back in business.

Our family visit today went well. Little Adriana grinned at me for the first time, which melted my heart. We finally got to take a family photo, but Adriana's brother was not too happy. Overall, the visit was good and we showed Adriana’s birth mother the video clip from this year’s International Day. She thought it was really neat and the adoption coordinator here liked the idea of being able to see TAISM’s events for when Adriana is in kindergarten.

Tomorrow's our big day! Prayers Please!

Thank you for all the Mother's Day wishes! Landing in RMI was fun because we could see both sides of the Island as we were descending. (We will post videos of the landing later.)

Not to long after we landed we were off to the hotel and getting settled and ready to meet the birth family. They were shy and very quiet so we didn't take any pictures with them, just with little Adriana as we held her for the first time. That is one moment that will be in my memory forever. Photo's are added to the slide show.

I will write more later, but I need to get some rest. Ta Ta for now!

We made it to Hawaii!!!

It is so beautiful here. We will do a little exploring tomorrow.

Everything is going smooth so far we are waiting for our next flight to go to Honolulu. We are 26 hours into our travel feeling exhausted but excited to be here!
